If at first you don't succeed, try, try again
I think that resilience and perseverance go hand and hand. To adjust and adapt to change takes resilience over and over again. To persist in this challenge of resilience takes perseverance over and over again. The ability to pick ourselves up and start over again.
We can learn from each attempt on how to do it better and better. To practice and practice and practice at doing it right and to execute these abilities with consistency is a way of "try, try again". It takes a lot of work. It takes a lot of resilience. It takes a lot of perseverance. It takes giving it our very best time and time again to succeed and accomplish our optimum level of performance and ability. We have to keep it up and then know and live with the fact we did our best and no one can ask for more than that. We succeeded in giving it our very best and no one can take that away from us.
This old saying can be applied to many areas and avenues of life such as becoming an artist, a musician, a chef, a welder, an athlete, a writer, a gardener and so much more...try, try again.
